If I were to write a love letter to you, what would I say?:

Do you like me the way I do?
Or has someone
Stole your heart before I could?
But I wouldn't steal your heart.
I would slowly
Gradually
Take pieces and pieces
Of that precious heart of yours
And bring it closer
To mine.

Will you come to love me
The way I love you?
Will you cry for me?
Like how
I cry for you
Will you be by my side?
Fighting for me
Waiting for me
No matter what
Like how I would?

I heard you were moving
To a place so near
Yet
To me
So far
Leaving me wondering
Will I ever see you again?

All that time
We'd been with each other
Though not much
I will keep forever
In my heart

Will you think of me
Like when I think of you
So many times
You have come across my mind
But
I wonder
If I have ever crossed yours

Did you give up halfway
Reading my long long letter
Or will you throw this letter aside
Like how you might throw
My heart away

And if you
Forget this letter
Will I cry?
And feel pain
And embarrassment
Like those
That people out of love feel?
Then will I stop coming
Just to see you?

So
I will leave you
Wondering
Searching
For the answers to my questions
And hope that
This little long poem
Filled
With love
Will reach you
And reach
Into
Your
Heart.
